What you're paying for

Your $249 buys a one-time custom written report (the "AI Workflow Teardown") for a single business, plus an optional 30-minute follow-up call within 14 days of delivery. It does not include implementation work, ongoing advisory, or any software licenses.

Delivery

Implement-and-prove guarantee

We stand behind the recommendations. The terms of the guarantee:

  1. Implement at least one recommendation as written. "As written" means using the prompt, tool, and configuration described in that section of the report — or a documented good-faith equivalent.
  2. Run it for at least 14 days within 30 days of delivery.
  3. If you can't show recovered time worth $249 or more, reply to your delivery email with all three of the following:
    • Which recommendation you implemented (the section title).
    • A screenshot or short Loom showing the tool / automation set up.
    • A one-paragraph note describing what happened — what you tried, where it broke down, what you observed.
  4. We'll refund the full $249 within 5 business days.

The guarantee is a goodwill commitment, not a legal entitlement. Once the report is delivered, payment is for services rendered. Refund requests submitted after 30 days, or without all three items above, will be declined. We reserve the right to decline refund requests we judge to be abusive or made in bad faith — for example, claims that no implementation was attempted, or requests where the deliverable has been forwarded to third parties.

Confidentiality

License to use the report

The report is yours to use however you want inside your business — print it, share it with your team, hand it to a developer to implement. You may not resell it or repackage it as your own service. Prompts and SOPs included in the report are released under a permissive license: use them, modify them, deploy them.

Things we don't do

Disputes

If something goes wrong, email first. We answer within one business day and we'd rather refund a borderline case than spend a week arguing. Filing a chargeback before contacting us forfeits the implement-and-prove guarantee and may result in our declining future service.
